Maximize your Jet Reports product knowledge and begin writing reports today! This full-day course is will teach you how to create reports and dashboards across the entire Jet Reports’ suite solutions and will cover:





  • Writing Reports with Jet Express and using Microsoft’s Power BI
    Jet Express is included with NAV 2009 and higher. Learn how to create NAV financial statements and powerful ad hoc queries directly in Excel, along with understanding how to leverage Jet Express to make Microsoft’s Power BI easier to use.



  • Jet Essentials Foundations
    This foundation training segment is designed to be effective in teaching the fundamentals of operational report writing and giving you the confidence to begin creating your own reports immediately.



  • Jet Enterprise Dashboard Creation
    This training focuses on Pivot Table functionality and creating dashboards in Excel from the cube environment.





A Jet Reports Certified Trainer will guide you through hands-on exercises while sharing best practices from their extensive reporting and BI consulting experience. This comprehensive training isn’t offered outside of the ISV Training Academy, and is a must-attend for any Jet Reports user or partner.

  • Advance Preparation REQUIRED HOMEWORK: Your instructor has chosen to leverage Academy’s hands-on training environment from VisiLearn called vConnect. This means you will have the ability to work with technology in a virtualized environment during your class. There are steps that MUST to be taken prior to class in order to make your experience a positive one. Below you will find a personalized link to your vConnect hands-on lab. From the PC you will be using for class, you must: 1. From your Windows PC click on the link below (no Mac's) 2. Download the software 3. Install the VisiLearn Classroom on the PC you will be using for class 4. After you have installed the VisiLearn Classroom, launch vConnect and click “Test” to test your connection to the lab. (If you see a green login screen, Congratulations, you have successfully tested your vConnect lab. Close the vConnect window and proceed to your Academy class) 5. When you arrive at your Academy class, access your vConnect lab by double clicking on the “V” desktop icon that as created during the install and select your class title If you are unable to install the vConnect lab to your PC you will want to contact your organization’s desktop administrator for assistance. You will need this software installed to your Windows PC prior to class to access the lab. An Academy Help Desk will be located in room C1 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Please proceed to the Academy Help Desk if you have any problems while on site.
